On September 25th 2015, countries adopted a set of goals to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all as part of a new sustainable development agenda. Each goal has specific targets to be achieved over the next 15 years. At Earth Active, our purpose is to work with investors (and the businesses they invest in) to help deliver on those goals and at the same time secure sustainable commercial returns.

Through our due diligence, we identify risks and opportunities across the investment spectrum, including those associated with project delays and supply chain governance. We then advise on how to mitigate – or capitalise on – them, including developing alternative approaches to project delivery.

We can step in when programmes are struggling or reputations souring, to pinpoint the underlying issues and work alongside project teams to address them.

In doing so, we not only help achieve a positive impact for humans and communities, but also enhance the performance, management and financial security of projects.
