Teja is an international biodiversity consultant with extensive experience working on biodiversity and environmental projects in over 20 countries. She has worked across a variety of sectors and industries with a prominence in the renewable energy sector. 

Teja is passionate about engaging with lenders, developers and stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes for nature. She has led and coordinated Environmental and Social Impact Assessments, due diligence and specialist biodiversity studies including offset management plans, construction and operations monitoring and management plans and critical habitat assessments.

She has a background in academia and research in behavioural ecology, conservation and biodiversity.

When not working, Teja enjoys crocheting, learning and trying out different cuisines, exploring new places and is happiest when outdoors in nature.
