Ridhi assists the team with project and proposal support through research and admin tasks. Since joining Earth Active, she has expanded her knowledge of key environmental assessments such as environment and social impact assessment (ESIA) and critical habitat assessment (CHA), in a variety of sectors. She has worked on projects including the construction of roads and airports and the implementation of biodiversity measures. 

Ridhi has been passionate about environmental change and sustainability since studying geography at school and has completed a BA in Human Geography at Queen Mary University. 

In her spare time, Ridhi loves to socialise and bake. She is also into fitness and the gym.
