Raimund Vogelsberger has over 35 years of international experience in environmental consulting. A trained Environmental Engineer with a Master’s degree in Risk Analysis, he has worked globally across environmental and social due diligence (ESDD), impact and risk assessment (ESIA), environmental and social management systems (ESMS), monitoring and reporting, waste management and EHS training.

 

For the past 15 years, Raimund has focused on project finance advisory for multi-billion dollar investments in renewables, infrastructure and other large capital projects, supporting sponsors and lenders in line with IFC/Equator Principles. He brings a strong understanding of lender expectations and a practical, solutions-focused approach to managing E&S risk on complex international projects.

 

Outside of work, Raimund is a history buff and enjoys bicycle touring around Europe, having recently completed (almost) the Danube River trail from Black Forest to Black Sea.
