Pallu heads up Earth Active’s Social Impact practice. Pallu has an MSc in Development Studies, and a Bsc in Agricultural Economics and more than 25 years of experience working globally within Government, consulting firms, academia and social enterprises.

Working both as a Team Leader and Project Director, Pallu has led complex programmes in social and environmental impact, MEL, research and governance, and has a keen interest in learning lessons to ensure that these drive greater impact, effectiveness and efficiency. Clients include all major donors and IFIs and her sectoral expertise and strengths rest in environmental and social impacts, monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), social development, gender, governance and public-sector reform.

Pallu has experience across many sectors including infrastructure, health, education, finance, justice and police, public service, and gender. She has In-country experience in 40 countries globally including challenging and fragile environments.

Pallu is passionate about travelling, walking, painting and cooking. She is learning Spanish.
