Nisha is the Associate Engagement Lead at Earth Active. She spearheads the management of Earth Active’s Associates network, working closely with our consultancy team to provide specialist in-country expertise to design, assess and de-risk infrastructure projects for international lenders and development finance institutions worldwide.

Previously, Nisha worked as a Senior International Biodiversity Consultant and an ESG Consultant. Her core services include project management, biodiversity advisory and assessments, environmental and social impact assessment (ESIA), and environmental and social due diligence (ESDD). She has contributed to major infrastructure projects across Africa, Asia, Europe and the Middle East, including city expansion developments, transmission lines, railways, roads, agricultural developments, hydropower plants, solar power farms, ports, universities, and mines.

Outside of Earth Active, Nisha is passionate about water sports, particularly swimming and surfing, reflecting her love for dynamic and challenging environments both on and off the job.
