Nick Fraser is Operations Manager and Project Management Lead at Earth Active, with extensive experience in PMO governance, operations and project delivery across major international infrastructure and energy programmes.

Prior to joining Earth Active, Nick worked within NEOM's Environmental Department, supporting project delivery through PMO governance, procurement, financial control, consultant coordination and reporting. His earlier career includes more than eight years supporting the Chevron Tengizchevroil project in Kazakhstan, alongside senior operational roles across Nigeria, Australia and Iraq.

At Earth Active, Nick supports the effective planning and delivery of our project portfolio, with a focus on project management, operational governance, commercial oversight and continuous improvement.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his two children, manages his son's Under 14s football team and is a keen follower of football, cricket and boxing.
