Jo is deeply passionate about pressing environmental and societal issues. She has just under 30 years’ experience in environmental and social performance for large complex multi-nationals. She works across the energy, transport and utilities sectors and as a technical expert and senior manager as well as a peer reviewer for international lenders.
She has technical expertise in Environmental, Social and Health Impact Assessment (ESHIA) and Air Quality and deep technical knowledge of World Bank/IFC and Equator Principles. Jo is experienced in managing and leading ESHIA and risk management for numerous major infrastructure projects, undertaking audits, delivering training and guidance development, capability building and assurance frameworks including direct engagements with communities, joint venture partners, NGOs, governments and international lenders.
Jo enjoys long walks on the heath with her dog and cold water swims in the winter.
