Izzy is an environmental policy  specialist, with consulting experience encompassing research, analysis and project development. She has worked extensively on diverse aspects of natural resources, ranging from social impact assessments (SIA) and nature-based solutions to blue and green economy, blended-finance, investment structuring of global funds and corporate strategy. These projects have taken place in various countries and have involved collaboration with large investment banks, social enterprises, sporting governing bodies, city councils, NGOs and registered charities.

Izzy’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Policy and Planning (EPPL) with minors in political science and economics from the University of Iowa (USA) and a master's degree in Environmental Policy and Management (MEPM) from Lincoln University (NZ).

When she is not engaged in professional pursuits, she enjoys participating in and discussing everything to do with sports.
