Fiona’s work with Earth Active primarily focuses on company policy, onboarding, and wellbeing, moving towards sustainability consulting in time.

Fiona graduated from the University of Exeter with a BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences (Animal Biology), and an MSc in Marine Environmental Management. Her research and academic interests focus on Marine Protected Areas, Ecotoxicology, and Fisheries governance, with her Masters’ thesis analysing protection levels of English Marine Conservation Zones.

Outside of Earth Active, Fiona is passionate about music, Strictly Come Dancing, hiking, and finding the quintessential country pub.
