Environmental and social impact assessment, stakeholder engagement and community relations, environmental and social due diligence

Chris has extensive experience across a range of environmental and social development areas. Prior to Earth Active, Chris worked as a Social and Environmental Safeguards Specialist for various projects under UNDP, ADB, Conservation International-Philippines, Wildlife Conservation Society, and a World Bank-funded project on rural development.

Specific areas of expertise include environmental and social impact assessment, stakeholder engagement and community relations; and environmental and social due diligence. Chris has a Masters in Environmental Management from Yale University (School of the Environment), USA. He also explored green-grey solutions to coastal protection for small island communities in his capstone project as part of his Masters in Disaster Risk and Resilience from Ateneo de Manila University, Philippines.

Chris loves to travel and explore new places and cultures.
