Transitioning from her position as a Board member, Cathy now takes on an enhanced advisory and quality assurance role across the organisation, working at the Executive Team level. In addition to providing technical specialism in the resources and infrastructure sectors, she helps strengthen our report writing capacity and shapes our QA/QC systems to align with client requirements.

A highly respected sustainability practitioner and agribusiness entrepreneur, Cathy brings a strong track record in managing non-financial risk across the resources, infrastructure and agribusiness sectors. She is known for bringing together companies, financiers, insurers, regulators and other stakeholders to develop pragmatic solutions to complex environmental, social and governance (ESG) challenges. With experience spanning water and environmental management through to social sustainability, health and safety, quality and corporate governance, Cathy has a practitioner’s understanding of what it takes to design and implement effective sustainability management systems across global jurisdictions.

Outside of work, Cathy is an inveterate traveller with a passion for exploring ‘off the beaten track’ locations.
