With a strong background in ESG consulting, he has successfully led projects across the water, infrastructure, extractives, and agricultural sectors, delivering high-impact solutions for global financial institutions, including the World Bank, IFC, EBRD, and major international commercial banks.

An expert in managing and developing core business functions - including accounting, commercial operations, legal, IT, HR, and project management - Alex is dedicated to enhancing organisational efficiency and performance. His ability to drive commercial and operational growth is strengthened by his Executive MBA, which underpins his strategic approach to building sustainable and impactful businesses.

Alex’s degree in Applied Psychology from Durham ensures his leadership is grounded in a people-first approach. He places behavioral change and organisational transformation at the heart of business growth and system optimisation, fostering a culture of growth and development within Earth Active.
