Ian has overall responsibility for the financial strategy and management of the company. Ian is an experienced finance professional with a Master of Arts from the University of Oxford, a Fellowship at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and nearly 20 years of post-qualification experience split between audit and industry roles both in the UK and overseas.

Ian has extensive experience in the SME market where his first CFO role saw the company grow from $12m – $35m in turnover in just 4 years. Ian is experienced in M&A activity and holds a number of directorship positions with different organisations including the Citizen’s Advice Bureau.

Outside of work, Ian is a keen sportsman playing regularly for his local clubs throughout the year.
