Welcome to the Team Matthijs

Earth Active is very happy to announce that Matthijs Engelbert van Bevervoorde has joined the team as a Senior ESG Specialist to support our growing business and lead on key ESG projects. Matthijs brings almost a decade of experience working on ESG with leading financial institutions in Europe, Asia and North America and was a key part of the team brought in to build capacity inside the World Bank on their new Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) in 2017.  

Matthijs’ expertise includes E&S impact assessment, due diligence, management systems and capacity building as well as climate risk management. He brings particular insight into the water and energy sector and for the last 3 years has been in Singapore working throughout South-East Asia.
