✔ Effective project management is the cornerstone of success for any consulting company. It serves as the framework through which goals are defined, resources are allocated, risks are managed, and ultimately, successful outcomes are achieved for our clients. It was an action packed day taking a deep dive into what being a successful Project Manager at Earth Active requires, with a highlight task requiring the team to act out their interpretation of a good and bad project manager (the examples are now on the office walls for all to see).
