Red Sea Power

The Red Sea Power (RSP) project in Djibouti came to Earth Active for ESG support on the very day that we started up.

It’s great to see how the project has developed in recent years and the important role this wind farm will have in helping the country realise its goal of 100% renewable energy by 2035.

As a direct result of our support RSP was able to access over $90M of guarantees from MIGA, to compliment earlier pioneering commitments from FMO - Dutch entrepreneurial development bank and Africa Finance Corporation.
